  • Heart: Clove, black pepper & cinnamon

    We use 3 different spices frequently used in Mexican cuisine
  • Process

    7 days macerated, 7 days resting, 7 times filtered
  • Base: Caramelized pineapple & ancho chili

    We personally caramelize the pineapple to obtain notes of caramel and piloncillo. We de-vein the chili to give a mild spiciness to our liqueur.
