Top: Lavender & Hibiscus
We use hibiscus and lavender flowers grown in Mexico City
Heart: Clove, black pepper & cinnamon
We use 3 different spices frequently used in Mexican cuisine
Base: Caramelized pineapple & ancho chili
We personally caramelize the pineapple to obtain notes of caramel and piloncillo. We de-vein the chili to give a mild spiciness to our liqueur.
